Supplement for two-roomed apartments with large balconies: €40.00 a week.
Supplement for two-roomed apartments with extra balconies: €60.00 a week.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The prices include: water, electricity, utility charges for the kitchenette, air conditioning, a television, a fridge, Wi-Fi, a freezer, a safe, use of the equipped kitchen, linen changes, daily and final cleaning in the sleeping area and bathroom (excluding Saturdays), parking, and use of bicycles and the games room. In addition, every apartment has a telephone and a balcony. Some two-roomed apartments have two bathrooms.
NOTES AND CONDITIONS
The apartments are available from 4.00 pm and they must be vacated by 09.30 am.
Payment: 30% at the time of booking, the rest upon your arrival.
Deposit: €150.00 (to be returned upon your departure, less any deductions).
